Shipping & delivery

Working version · Last updated 5 June 2026

We deliver across the EU and to several non-EU European destinations: Switzerland, Norway, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, and Monaco. For United Kingdom and United States orders, please see the dedicated sections below — these markets are served exclusively by our local partners.

Inside the EU

Your price is fully inclusive of VAT at your country's destination rate (per the EU One Stop Shop scheme). Nothing to pay on arrival. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days from order confirmation.

Outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Monaco)

Your price is shown without destination VAT — Aquacrafts B.V. charges 0% VAT as an export shipment. Your local carrier will collect your country's import VAT and any customs duties on delivery, plus their clearance fee. Typical examples:

  • Switzerland: 8.1% VAT plus carrier clearance fee
  • Norway: 25% VAT plus carrier clearance fee
  • Gibraltar / Liechtenstein / Monaco: see your country's official import-duties guide

Delivery to non-EU destinations typically takes 10–20 working days, including customs clearance.

United Kingdom (Nestaway Boats)

For orders in the United Kingdom, please order directly through our local partner who carries stock, arranges test sails on the water, and provides local warranty and after-sales support in English:

Orders placed through Nestaway are subject to their own terms, pricing, warranty, and shipping policies. Aquacrafts B.V. does not ship directly to UK addresses.

United States (Sailing Awaits)

For orders in the United States, please order directly through our local partner who carries stock at their Seattle store, arranges test sails on the water, and provides local warranty and after-sales support:

Orders placed through Sailing Awaits are subject to their own terms, pricing, warranty, and shipping policies. Aquacrafts B.V. does not ship directly to US addresses.

Other destinations

For customers in markets not served by a direct shipping zone or a local partner, please email info@dinghygo.com for a quote. Direct orders to other destinations ship under Incoterms 2020 EXW Venray (NL): you arrange and pay for transport and any import VAT and duties from our warehouse onward.

Export documents. Aquacrafts B.V. provides a standard EX-A (Export Accompanying Document) with each shipment — this is the EU customs export declaration.

Country of Origin and HS classification for customs purposes:

  • Boat carton: CN (China), HS code 8903.11
  • Sail-kit carton: NL/EU, HS code 8903.12

If your destination country requires additional import documentation (such as a non-preferential Certificate of Origin or country-specific import licences), these must be arranged and paid for by your shipper or customs agent.

Aquacrafts B.V. cannot provide a EUR.1 movement certificate (preferential EU origin) because the boat carton's Country of Origin is CN.

Buying from a local distributor (EU)

Some EU customers prefer to buy in person from a local sailing partner who can arrange a test sail on the water before purchase. DinghyGo has authorized distributors in NL, ES, CZ, and other EU markets — visit our Distributors page to find your nearest partner. Distributor orders are subject to the local partner's own terms.

Returns

EU customers have 14 days from delivery to return their order under the EU Distance Selling rules — see our Terms & conditions for the full procedure. Non-EU customers have the same right of return, but please note that customs duties and VAT you paid on arrival are not refundable by Aquacrafts B.V. (they are collected by your government, not us). Return shipping for non-EU returns is at the customer's expense.
