It depends on the number of people onboard and how you'll use it: the Orca 280 is ideal for 1-2 people and easiest to transport, the Orca 325 offers more space for family outings with max. 3-4 people, and the Orca 375 is our largest with the highest load capacity. Tell us how many people and what weight you'll carry, and we can advise specifically.
Current prices (excl. VAT): Orca 280 from €3,388, Orca 325 from €3,867, Orca 375 from €4,338. In the webshop at dinghygo.eu, VAT and shipping are calculated automatically per country once you enter your destination. Prices include the complete sail-kit (mast, boom, sail, rigging).
Total lead time = production status + transit. From stock we ship the same or next working day. Transit times per zone: NL 3-4 working days · EU mainland 7-14 working days · Greece/islands and further 10-15 working days. We ship directly across the EU and to Switzerland, Norway, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein and Monaco. For the UK, sales go through our UK distributor Nestaway Boats (nestawayboats.com); for the US via Sailing Awaits (sailingawaits.com). Other non-EU countries: email info@dinghygo.com for a shipping quote. We do not ship to Canada.
You can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, Pay by Bank, and credit card, depending on your country. At checkout you'll automatically see the options available for your country. Full payment is required before shipment; we do not offer instalments or payment on delivery.
We do not organise official test-sailing days, but at our distributors you can arrange a trial by appointment. Friesland Watersport in Grou (NL) offers this as standard; other distributors on request. See www.dinghygo.com/sales/distributors for contact details. If you already own one or know a DinghyGo owner near you, email info@dinghygo.com — through our informal ambassador network we may be able to introduce you to a sailor in your area.
We have five active distributors: - Friesland Watersport (NL/DE/BE) — Grou, NL — frieslandwatersport.nl - Nestaway Boats (UK/IE) — Christchurch, UK — nestawayboats.com - Ergodo Yachts (ES/PT) — Sitges, ES — ergodoyachts.com - Cerbera / Nafukovaci Plachetnice (CZ/SK) — Praha, CZ — nafukovaciplachetnice.cz - Sailing Awaits (US) — Woodinville WA, US — sailingawaits.com > Customers in Germany are served by Friesland Watersport (accessible from all of Germany). Other countries: email info@dinghygo.com — we'll check whether there is a DinghyGo owner near you who can help.
Spare parts (rudder pins, spare seat, rigging parts, small hardware) are kept in stock for all Orca models by our NL distributor Friesland Watersport — order via www.frieslandwatersport.nl. For warranty-related parts (within 24 mo EU / 12 mo non-EU), email info@dinghygo.com first with photos and proof of purchase for assessment. Small air leaks can be repaired with the included repair kit per the Owner's Manual (manual.dinghygo.com). Larger damage: send photos to info@dinghygo.com for advice.
The Orca series is CE Category D, designed for sheltered waters: significant wave height up to 0.3 m (with occasional peaks of 0.5 m, e.g. from passing vessels) and wind up to Beaufort force 4 (per EU Directive 2013/53/EU Annex I). We don't recommend sailing beyond these conditions for safety reasons. Always check the local weather forecast before heading out.
All three Orca models (280/325/375) share the same maximum, printed on the builder's plate in the transom: maximum 4.5 kW / 6 HP, short shaft, maximum 27 kg engine mass. Note: a petrol outboard mounts in the same position as the rudder and therefore replaces the rudder when the motor is in use. Only small electric motors may fit alongside the rudder. See the Owner's Manual (manual.dinghygo.com) chapter on motor installation for details.
The most common cause is the wrong variant being selected on the product page. Try this: (1) go back to the product page and reselect the desired model (280/325/375); (2) empty your cart and re-add the item with the correct variant; (3) confirm the price before checkout. Still wrong? Send a screenshot of your cart (and order number if applicable) to info@dinghygo.com — we'll look into it.

Yes. EU/EEA customers and Switzerland can order directly from this site. The exceptions are the UK & USA: we don't ship there directly.
iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE), Pay by Bank and credit card. We ship 1–3 working days after the funds arrive.
Not at this time. We accept upfront payment in full only.
EU stock items: typically around 8 working days, depending on destination. An estimate for your address is shown at checkout. Non-EU: timings depend on the courier and customs clearance.
We ship directly to all EU countries, plus Switzerland, Norway and most other non-EU destinations — you pay any import duties locally. The United Kingdom and United States are exceptions: those orders go via our distributors Nestaway Boats (nestawayboats.com) for the UK and Sailing Awaits (sailingawaits.com) for the USA. If you're outside the EU and want a shipping quote before ordering, email info@dinghygo.com.
Inside the EU: no customs duties — just VAT, added at checkout based on your country (except for non-NL businesses). Outside the EU: paid on import. The listed shipment Incoterms at checkout determine who pays import duties and VAT. For the UK, Nestaway Boats handles this in their territory; for the USA, Sailing Awaits handles this in theirs.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Venray, the Netherlands.
First time: about 1 hour with the manual. Once you've done it once or twice: about 20 minutes — inflating the hull alone is about 7 minutes of that.
No. Everything in the bags is hand-fitted or pump-inflated.
Yes — see manual.dinghygo.com → "Orca 280 setup" (and 325 / 375). The 3-in-1 installation & rigging overview is also on this page above.
Yes — within reasonable conditions. The Orcas are designed for inland and coastal waters in moderate conditions. We always recommend life jackets and a check of local marine forecasts.
Two years inside the EU, one year outside, on manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If you bought through a distributor, contact your distributor. Otherwise email info@dinghygo.com with: your CIN / serial number, a description of the issue, photos and/or a short video, and the date and place of purchase. We reply the next working day. Full terms are in the Warranty tile above.
Spare parts (replacement tubes, sails, rudders, daggerboards, masts, oars, full repair kits) are sold through our NL distributor, Friesland Watersport (frieslandwatersport.nl) — they hold the main stock.
